Anti-terror police in Mombasa [Coast Province] have arrested four suspects linked to the recruitment of Kenyan Muslim youth into militia groups in Somalia.

The arrests come just a few days after claims that over 10 Kenyan youth have been killed while fighting for the Al-Shabab militia which has close ties with Al-Qa'idah terror group.

Coast Provincial investigation officer Ambrose Munyasia says police are investigating reports that some radical Muslim clerics are misleading youth to join jihadists groups fighting in the lawless Somalia.
